Plain terms, because this page should be as straightforward as the rest of the site. It covers this website only -- what it collects, why, and where it's hosted. The Accelerator product itself is covered separately, below.
Nothing. This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no visitor-tracking scripts, and it sets no cookies. There's nothing on this site that profiles you or follows you between pages.
Two things are collected only when you choose to type into a form, described below.
The page's typefaces are loaded from two font providers: Fontshare and jsDelivr. Loading a font from an external server works the same way as loading an image from any other website -- it necessarily shares your IP address and browser type with that provider, simply as a mechanical part of fetching the file. Neither sets a cookie, and neither receives anything else about your visit.
Two forms on this site collect information you type in directly:
Submitting either sends what you typed directly to Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service, which forwards it to us by email and automatically deletes its own copy of your submission after 30 days. Web3Forms' own privacy policy covers exactly how they handle it in transit.
We don't set a cookie or store anything in your browser to do this -- the two forms just submit directly, the same way any web form does.
An enquiry is used to respond to you and, if it goes ahead, to run the resulting conversation or engagement. A newsletter signup is added to the list we send occasional Accelerator updates to. Neither is sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing, and we keep either only as long as we need it for that purpose. Email [email protected] at any time to unsubscribe from updates or ask us to delete an enquiry.
This site is served by Cloudflare, which also hosts its DNS. Like any web host, Cloudflare's infrastructure necessarily logs basic request information (IP address, browser type, page requested) for security and performance reasons -- this is standard for essentially every website on the internet, and we don't layer any additional tracking on top of it.
No -- and it's worth being clear about the difference. Everything above covers this marketing website. The Fabric Accelerator platform we deploy for clients is a separate system entirely: it runs inside a client's own Microsoft Fabric tenant, processes that client's own business data, and never touches this website, Web3Forms, or any infrastructure MPowerUp operates for marketing.
That platform's own governance -- identity via the client's Microsoft Entra ID, column-level masking of personal data, append-only audit history, and data that never leaves the client's tenant -- is described in full on the FAQ.
If we hold personal data about you -- for instance, because you submitted the enquiry form or signed up for updates -- UK GDPR gives you the right to ask what we hold, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you think we've handled your data wrongly.
Email [email protected] and we'll deal with it directly -- there's no separate privacy inbox or automated request portal to go through.
We'll update this page if what the site does changes, and update the date at the top when we do. We won't quietly change what we do with your data without updating what we say here.
