The delivery guarantee

Microsoft Fabric setup guaranteed. Live in four weeks or 50% off the deployment fee.

Other partners quote a timeline. We put half our fee behind ours. If we miss the date, you keep the final 50% of your deployment fee and we still finish the job.

Fabric Accelerator

Delivery guarantee

Applies to every deployment
under a signed statement of work
Version 1.0 · October 2026
  1. The date

Your first trusted report is live in your own Microsoft tenant within four weeks* of the day your access is in place.

  2. What "live" means

The Accelerator is deployed in your Fabric tenant, the sources named in your scope are landing in bronze and silver, and your first governed report in gold reconciles to source. You check each one yourself, in your own tenant.

  3. What the guarantee depends on

We'll send you full prerequisites documentation in advance. The guarantee depends on all of those prerequisites being in place before the clock starts, a twice-weekly progress call we both attend, your people available when we need them (someone who knows your source systems and a decision-maker for definitions), and your team at the handover sessions.

  4. How you pay

    50% at kickoff, 50% at go-live. On a £20,000 deployment, that's £10,000 then £10,000.

  5. If we miss the date

You don't pay the final 50%, and we still finish the deployment at no extra charge.

  6. When the clock pauses

Only for things we can't control: waiting on access, a missed progress call, your source-system expert being unavailable, or a definitions decision we're waiting on. We'll tell you in writing the same day, with the new date.

  7. Changing the scope

Adding a source mid-flight is fine. We'll agree the new date with you before any work starts on it.

* Four weeks covers a standard scope of source connections, agreed with you up front depending on their complexity. If you need more, we'll agree a longer timeline with you before we start, and the guarantee stays exactly the same: your date, in writing, with the final 50% at stake.

What's included

What the deployment covers

Every deployment includes the full Accelerator platform, configured to the sources named in your statement of work. This is what we put the date on.

  • Medallion architecture

Bronze, silver and gold, prebuilt. Source data lands untouched in bronze, is conformed into one version of each entity in silver, then modelled in gold for how you report. Gold ships with a Power BI semantic model, with relationships, hierarchies and measures already defined.

  • CI/CD and DevOps pipelines

Platform and configuration changes are versioned and deployed through pipelines across your environments, the same way for every client, not hand-edited in production.

  • User interface

A management interface for your team: connection profiles, ingestion objects, batches, pipeline runs and health scores in one place. A new table or connection is a form, every save is previewed before it commits, and failed or drifted runs surface straight away.

  • Training and documentation

Documentation delivered and your team trained to run the platform, so you can operate it without us. Covered at the handover sessions in week four.

    See the week-by-week plan
  • Metadata-driven ingestion

Your sources connect through configuration against the same framework, not hand-built pipelines. Connectors include SQL Server, Azure SQL, Fabric Warehouse, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, SharePoint Lists, CSV/Excel and REST APIs.

  • Governance by default

PII masking, full slowly changing dimension history, role-based access mapped to Entra, and an append-only audit trail ship with the platform, not added later.

What's at stake

Half our fee, not a coupon

Half the deployment fee depends on hitting your date. That's a real stake, and it's one we can offer because we know exactly how long the Accelerator takes to deploy.

At go-live50% · £10,000Not payable if we're late

Worked on a £20,000 deployment. Other scopes follow the payment split in your statement of work.

Honest boundaries

What we guarantee, and what we don't

We guarantee delivery because delivery is ours to control. We don't guarantee things that depend on how your business uses the platform. Anyone who does is guessing.

Guaranteed

  • The date: first trusted report live on time
  • The scope: every source named in your statement of work
  • The price: fixed in your statement of work, for the scope named in it
  • The handover: documentation and training for your team

Not guaranteed, and why

  • Adoption: we train your team, but only you can make it a habit
  • Fabric capacity cost: set by Microsoft. We size it with you before you commit.
  • Sources outside our connector list: we'll quote those separately
Fair questions

Why we can promise this

Why can you guarantee a date when most partners won't?

Because we're not starting from scratch. The Accelerator is the same tested platform for every client, configured to your sources and definitions. We know how long it takes because we've done it before. A bespoke build can't make that promise.

What do you need from us to hit the date?

Access to a Fabric workspace, plus Entra and source credentials or a gateway (we start this before week one). A twice-weekly progress call, someone who knows your source systems, a decision-maker for definitions, and your team at the handover sessions. That's the full list, and it's written into your statement of work.

Who decides whether the date was met?

You and we, against the checklist in your statement of work. Every item is visible in your own tenant, so there's nothing to take on trust.

What if we're the ones causing the delay?

The clock pauses and we tell you in writing the same day. We don't hold that against you. It just moves the date by the same number of days.

See if the guarantee applies to you

In 30 minutes with the team who'd build it, you'll find out whether your sources fit, what it would cost and when your guaranteed date would be.
