Fabric consultancy, from the first conversation to a platform your team runs.
The six things we're asked for most. Each one builds on the same Accelerator framework, so none of it is a one-off.
Readiness and capacity sizing
We review your sources, reporting and licensing, then size the Fabric capacity you actually need. The Accelerator runs on F2, and capacity can be paused out of hours, so most organisations spend less than they expect.
Estimate your capacity →Platform deployment
Bronze, silver and gold layers with masking, history and monitoring, configured to your sources and live in your own tenant within four weeks. Backed by our delivery guarantee.
How it's built →Connecting your systems
Dynamics 365, Business Central, Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, Excel, Xero and REST APIs through ready connectors. A new source extends the framework instead of becoming another one-off pipeline.
See every connector →Power BI on a governed layer
Semantic models and reports built on agreed definitions, so revenue means one thing in every dashboard. Existing reports can usually be repointed at the new layer instead of rebuilt.
Governance from day one
Personal data is masked before it reaches the silver layer, access comes from your own Entra ID, and every configuration save is recorded. It's part of every deployment, not a later phase.
How governance works →Run, support and enablement
Your team runs it, or we do. The managed service starts at £1,000 a month, with monitoring, continuous improvement days and training for your people.
Managed service tiers →A built platform versus a blank workspace.
Both routes end with Microsoft Fabric running in your tenant. The difference is where the work starts, and who carries the risk while it's being built.
| Comparison | Typical bespoke build | Fabric Accelerator |
|---|---|---|
| Time to a live platform | 6 to 12 months | 4 weeks, guaranteed |
| Price | Estimated, then refined during discovery | From £20,000, agreed before work starts |
| Governance, masking and history | Scoped and built as extra work | Included from day one |
| Adding a new source | A new pipeline, designed each time | Configuration in the same framework |
| Where your data lives | Your tenant | Your tenant, in open Delta tables |

Four steps, with the price fixed at step two.
No open-ended discovery phase. You know the scope, the fee and the go-live date before any work starts.
- 01
Discovery call
30 minutes on what you run today. If the Accelerator isn't a fit, we tell you on the call.
- 02
Scope and price
We agree the sources, the outcome and the fee in writing before any work starts.
- 03
Deploy
We configure the platform to your sources in your tenant. Live within four weeks, or you don't pay the final 50% of the deployment fee.
- 04
Handover and run
Documentation and training for your team. Then you run it, or we do through the managed service.
Based in Hampshire. Working across the UK.
MPowerUp is based at the IncuHive Space in Hursley, near Winchester, and works with organisations across the UK. Delivery is remote by default, with on-site workshops where they help, so your location doesn't change the price or the timeline.
We're a small team, so the person you speak to is generally the person doing the work. There's no account management layer or offshore delivery team in between.
Fabric is one part of a wider Microsoft practice that also covers Power BI, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and Copilot Studio, so the platform connects properly to the systems you already run.

Two numbers, agreed before anything starts.
Deployment from £20,000. Managed service from £1,000 a month. The final deployment figure depends on your sources, and you have it in writing before you commit.
Microsoft Fabric consultancy, answered.
Do you work with organisations outside Hampshire?
Yes. We work with organisations across the UK. Most delivery happens remotely, and we come on site for workshops when that's useful.
How much does Microsoft Fabric consultancy cost?
Platform deployment starts at £20,000. The final figure depends on the number and type of source systems, and we tell you it before you commit. After go-live, the managed service runs from £1,000 to £5,000 a month across three tiers, with a custom Enterprise tier above that. Extra consultancy days are £950, or £760 to £855 on the higher tiers.
What Fabric capacity do we need?
Less than most people expect. The Accelerator runs identically on F2, the smallest paid Fabric SKU, as it does on the largest enterprise capacities. Capacity can be paused outside business hours, which for most mid-market workloads more than halves the effective spend, and a one-year reserved commitment takes roughly 40% off the list price.
Who owns the platform and the data?
Your data is yours. It's held as open Delta Lake tables in your own OneLake, in your own tenant, with no proprietary format. The Accelerator framework is licensed rather than sold, so continued use runs alongside a licence, and your own team can run it day to day.
How is this different from a larger consultancy?
A large integrator sells a project, which needs a full team because a blank page needs all of those roles, and you fund the design, build and corrections before finding out what you bought. We sell a product that already exists, so what's left is configuration. That's why the price is fixed and the timeline is four weeks. An integrator is the better choice when a requirement is unusual enough that no product fits it.
Find out whether a built platform fits you.
Tell us what you're running now. On the first call we'll tell you honestly whether the Accelerator fits, and roughly what it would cost.
A client partner first.
